On the morning of August 2, 2010, Nader (Shanghai Liangxin Electrical Co., Ltd.) held the 7th large morning assembly cum summary meeting for the Quality Month, and rewarded outstanding teams and individuals who performed excellently during the Quality Month activity that lasted for two months.
Mr. Liu Delin, the manager of Quality Department, presented awards to model employees. As a model in the Quality Month, Ms. Wang Hui, who is in charge of handling customer complaints in Marketing Center, explained her views on product quality. Facing directly to customer complaints and obtaining first-hand information about the problems of product quality, she has more deep understanding of quality, “I know a slight flaw will bring tremendous trouble to our customers, and significantly impact our brand and market.” She also reiterated the slogan proposed by various departments during the activity: “Quality is manufactured. Quality is designed. The life of quality is ensured by perfect material control system. Quality is vital to the marketing. And quality is owing to the full participation of all the employees.”
Mr. Ren Silong, the president of the company, presented awards to outstanding teams, which performed excellent in the Quality Month, including the Distribution QC Team led by Ms. Tang Yamei, the Industrial Engineering Department Team led by Mr. Dai Fei, and the Manufacturing Team led by Mr. Ding Bo.
Mr. Ning Jie, the director of R&D, had made a summary of the activity, and expressed his gratitude to and admiration for the full participation of the employees and the active cooperation of all departments during the Quality Month. He remarked that only when all employees put the knowledge into practice and actively participate in the activity could our products be ensured an excellent and reliable quality.
The successful conclusion of the Quality Month activity does not mean an end to the demanding for best quality, but means a long way ahead us, and this is a permanent work we must practice everyday. We can not ignore any detail in the product manufacturing process, as any negligence will greatly impact our market and brand. Be responsible for customers, as well as for ourselves, as this is the positive principle of Nader for keeping the best quality.
